• 300 TPD Iron ore processing & Sponge Iron (DRI) Plant

• Continuous 3 stand Billet casting unit with automatic mould levelling & speed control system

• Automatic & computerised, state of the art, TMT & wire rod mills with Turbo Quench of Herbert Rothe, Germany certified most efficient quenching system & automatic extra long ( one of the largest in Eastern India) walk-in cooling bed for self tempering .

• Cold rolled “Tarkari” machine & Wire drawing machines to manufacture ribbed bar & gauge wires

• 2X9 MVA Ferro Alloy Plant manufacturing Silicon Manganese, Ferro Silicon, Ferro Chrome, etc. – The obvious alloys to add in steel making for stronger steel

• Online computerized Testing Laboratories including Spectrometer.
