We hereby inform the public that our proposed expansion project of the existing DRI Plant (2×100 TPD) by installing 2×600 TPD DRI Plant, 1×1.4 MTPA Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant, 1×0.85 MTPA Pellet Plant, 4x25T Induction Furnaces with matching LRF & CCM, 6,60,000 TPA Rolling Mills with 40 TPH Reheating Furnace, 4×16 MVA Ferro Alloy Plant with matching Sintering and 20 TPH Chrome Ore Briquetting Plant, 2x25T Electric Arc Furnaces and 45 MW Captive Power Plant (41 MW WHRB & 4 MW AFBC) by M/s CIC Steels Private Limited, located at Mouza: Sahebdihi, P.O. : Hat – Asuria & PS: Barjora, District: Bankura in West Bengal has been accorded Environmental Clearance (EC) by Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India vide its Letter dated 25th July, 2024 (Ref. File No. IA-J-11011/207/2022-IA-II(IND-I)). The copy of the Environmental Clearance Letter is available with West Bengal Pollution Control Board and may also be seen at Website of the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change at https://parivesh.nic.in.
